Fat Bomb Smoothie
This fat bomb is so simple and easy. You can make it as you rush out the door to take to the kids to activities.
Loaded with great fats from coconut oil which has so many benefits as you maintain your FAT BURNING mode in your body.
Hint: try to make sure your coconut milk is room temperature and the oil will mix better.
FAT BOMB SMOOTHIE
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
• 1/3 cup strawberries
• a pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender. You may substitute berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) for different flavors.
DON’T FEAR THE FAT!
